Airtel makes false commitment

For last 3 days, our internet is not working. When we have first reported, as usual, they have registered a complaint and said it will be resolved within 24 hours. We have waited for almost 32 hours, the problem is not resolved nor anyone has contacted us. Ola vs Uber

For about a few months, I have been using Ola Cabs and Uber in Bangalore for commute to work and return home. Thought I would do a quick comparison of both. Public Grievance (PG) Portal is indeed helpful

Earlier this month, we have made an outstanding payment of our Fixed line and Broadband Service provided by Airtel but it was shocking to see in the next bill cycle where Airtel claimed that we payment of earlier month is due. We have called up customer care, walked in to their store and showed proof of payment but nothing has happened. Even after repetitive calls to customer service did not help. Aadhaar Enrollment Experience – mostly positive but room for improvement

Finally, we got to enroll ourselves to get included with Unique Identification Authority of India at Indiranagar centre, Bangalore. Our experience is quite postive but needs improvement. Staff at the centre are very helpful, accommodate people with disabilities to best possible extent. Even they have filled out part of the form when we missed, courteous enough to ask Hema if she is able to use her fingers.
