I have been using redBus.in (external link) for sometime now and never had an opportunity to experience to interact with their customer service before. Recently I had a trip to Hyderabad and tickets were booked through redBus.in. Here is my experience. I traveled from Chennai to Hyderabad and return. I wouldn’t generally get annoyed, if I alone face an inconvenience but really get upset, when my family also feel inconvenience. We recently ordered food from Justeat.in and below is our experience. I often read in some mailing lists about need of escort for visually impaired travelers. While that’s true that having an escort would be helpful for people with vision impaired, I have also seen several visually impaired traveling alone, busy attending conferences. My experience at Puttaparthi

Recently, I have visited Prashanthi Nilayam, Ashram of Sri. Sathya Sai Baba at Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh. What a beautiful campus it is.
