Taxi for sure Booking ref number: TFS-PP-C19297460

Dear Management of Taxi-For-Sure, Hyderabad:

We have made a booking this afternoon using TFS iOS app for our trip to Secunderabad Railway station from Madinaguda for 6:15 PM. Our train is at 8:45pm so we have planned to start at home almost 3.5 hours before which is certainly enough.

At 6:00 PM, we have received a text saying that “Uh oh! looks like the driver might be late! We are trying to get you another taxi. Can’t wait? give a missed call to +918033013353 to cancel the trip”

We immediately started calling other vendors to make an arrangement and at the same time, we have received a call from +914040409090 saying that your vehicle (Sadan) got broke down and they have arranged a hatch back and driver will be at our location with 15 minutes. We have agreed and then we have received a SMS with phone number Mohd Iqbal (9397038739). we have immediately called that driver and he says he got the request but that was also cancelled since he is at Limgampalli. While we told him he could make it, he says he need booking from office.

Then we have called TFS Customer care and they assured that they will speak to driver and he will be with us within 15 minutes. That was 6:50pm already.

Then at 7:20pm we got a call from another number but driver says he is unsure what time he can make it as there is huge traffic and raining.

There is no way that we could find someone else and reach the station by 8:30 pm.

If you monitor my transactions, I have been using your services since 2010 (my phone numbers are 9900810881 and 7093803855) and it’s 5th time in last couple of months I have experienced such an issue.

Now that our train is lost and Please find attached ticket showing fare details. Now we need to make an alternate arrangement such as bus or cab to reach there by tomorrow. That would be certainly an excessive expenditure for us.

Since we have 1.5 years baby, we cannot really go in a Non-AC bus for such a distance.

We request you to pay us the train fare as shown in the ticket + Rs. 10000/- as a compensation.

My bank account details are given below:
Name: Srinivasu Chakravarthula
Account No. 5858436801
Bank: Citi bank
Branch: Bangalore (although it doesn’t ask).

We are copying this to a few government officials including Honorable Police Commissioner, Hyderabad.

We are (both my wife and I) are people with disabilities; hence we are also copying Chief Commissioner, Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.

We are looking forward to hear back from you. If you can’t trust us, you can send anyone to our house at Madinaguda even now and we are at home.

I’m also posting this letter on my website and on Facebook.

Regards,
Srinivasu
