Life has slightly changed after started using fitness tracker

Recently my work place has introduced a wellness program which came with a freebie of a fitness tracker. Post that, life has changed a little and sure way to go!

Though I love to walk, never bothered about making note of steps I have taken, if I have used, though, in between I used to just look at the steps that I have taken in a day but not really seriously. Now with the tracker and app, I started taking note of my steps; specially it encourages, when I look myself against steps taken by my colleagues.

I love taking stairs too; but again never got them counted. Now with the tracker, I do that as well. Another improvement is I never used to take fruits regularly but now fruit is part of my breakfast. Each day I get to read a new thing about healthy life. In addition, now I do also track my sleep time!

Using tracking apps and devices are motivational!
