Observation with Service providers; they need us to sign a lot of documents; but they would not want to sign-up in writing

Airtel makes false commitment

For last 3 days, our internet is not working. When we have first reported, as usual, they have registered a complaint and said it will be resolved within 24 hours. We have waited for almost 32 hours, the problem is not resolved nor anyone has contacted us. We have reached out to customer care again and they said, there was a fault in the line and they are looking into it and another estimated time was given as next 6 hours. Public Grievance (PG) Portal is indeed helpful

Earlier this month, we have made an outstanding payment of our Fixed line and Broadband Service provided by Airtel but it was shocking to see in the next bill cycle where Airtel claimed that we payment of earlier month is due. We have called up customer care, walked in to their store and showed proof of payment but nothing has happened. Even after repetitive calls to customer service did not help.
