Earlier this month, we have made an outstanding payment of our Fixed line and Broadband Service provided by Airtel but it was shocking to see in the next bill cycle where Airtel claimed that we payment of earlier month is due.
We have called up customer care, walked in to their store and showed proof of payment but nothing has happened. Even after repetitive calls to customer service did not help.
Then we have lodged a complaint on Public Grievance (PG) Portal and within 6 hours, got a call back from Bharati Airtel and issue got resolved.
Though I wish service providers must provide services with utmost care without force from government, I’m thrilled that PG Portal is a great source go get satisfied service.
