Finally, we got to enroll ourselves to get included with Unique Identification Authority of India at Indiranagar centre, Bangalore. Our experience is quite postive but needs improvement.
Staff at the centre are very helpful, accommodate people with disabilities to best possible extent. Even they have filled out part of the form when we missed, courteous enough to ask Hema if she is able to use her fingers. Centre has enough place to sit and staff were really managing their time well. They were also helping citizens with desired information. Only problem though that they may not correctly know the web address of online services portal.
One major problem that they should consider addressing is that the centre is located in 1st floor with about 15 steps. Building does not have lift and it would be impossible for those with wheel chair to enter and very difficult for women with pregnancy to enter the location.
Indeed happy about the behavior of staff.
