India since lockdown has been extended, Indian Railways have suspended all trains till 3rd May, 2020.
Indian Railways have sent messages to passengers stating e-tickets will be cancelled automatically and full refund gets credited to payment method used while booking. There is no need for users to take any action.
For passengers those booked tickets through counters can submit tickets for vull refund till 20th June, 2020; so there is no need to rush to railway counters immediately.
In the interest of Passenger safety, once trains are resumed, (hopefully for a few months or so), no blankets will be provided in the AC coaches. All other facilities remain same.
