It’s good to see Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is in a good shape to grab required seats to form the government yet agin. There was certainly good progress to the nation during NDA (National Democratic Alliance)’s government for last years. India played a critical role to have Yoga recognised by the United Nations; there were good initiative to make country clean, accessible, improve quality of government services, a firm decisions on terrorism and many more. Everything cannot be done within five years. I’m hopeful we move towards a greater progress in next five years. As someone mentioned in their Facebook post, now opposition and other parties should stop thinking about how to prevent Modi or BJP, instead, work with government in constructive manner and win hearts of people.
I’m super thrilled that BJP is also leading at many places of Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka. I would hope this leads to a development of the state and hopefully this party will come into power in Karnataka state assembly too. One full sprint of five years, they need to spend on eliminating corruption. I don’t mind of they don’t focus on anything else. Eliminating corruption itself will lead to development.
Coming to results of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, while I congratulate YSRCP for their win in the state, I urge Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy should use this opportunity and work towards development. I had an opportunity to meet his father Shri. Late YS Rajasekhar Reddy; he has made some great work to development to then Andhra Pradesh. At the same time, Shri. Chandra Babu Naidu and his party have contributed a lot of efforts to empowerment of both then Andhra Pradesh and even after bifurcation. Mr. Naidu has played a key role to get IT businesses both in Telangana and now in Andhra Pradesh. What is disappointing is that Telugu Desam Party has just able to win only about 25 seats. They certainly deserve more than that.
Anyway, I hope a great progress will take place in next five year and we don’t have to get into a situation where we need to invest on elections again very soon.
Congratulations to all the winners; if you are in ruling party, utilise your power and create best policies; if you are in opposition, don’t invest energy in breaking chairs and micsets in assembly but work collectively and force government to make development. Good luck!
