Greetings on the auspicious festival Ugaadi – New year for Telugu, Kannada and Marathi speaking families

This is the 32nd year of 60 years from Telugu Calendar. This is called “Shri. Vilambhi”. Telugu and Kannada new year are celebrated as “Ugaadi” and Marathi speaking people celebrate this as “Guid Padva”.

For Telugu speaking people, festival starts with eating a dish that is made up of Mango, Neem, Chilli powder, Bananan, Jaggari and Salt. This is to taste all 6 varieties and understand that life comes with different tastes and we need to face every situation.

We extend our best wishes to all who are celebrating.

Above video is wishing everyone on the eve of Ugaadi in Telugu.

Good luck,
