Tips for effective sleep

May 25, 2020 • Srinivasu Chakravarthula

It’s essential that we sleep at least for 7 hours a night and an hour during day. A lot of people complaint that they they do not get sleep. Here are some tips that I have learnt from various spiritual speeches.

Leave gadgets includeing mobile phone 30 minutes before going to bed.

Go to bed by 9:30pm or at least by 10pm. whether you feel sleep or not, go to bed.

If you get sleep, great; else, close your eyes and chant whichever god you prefer; Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namo Narayanaya, Om Shri. Matre Namaha… or whatever you prefer.

By meditating, even if you don’t feel sleep, your tiredness will go away. After a few days, you will get sleep automatically and do not require to have any tablets for sleep.

If you wake-up in-between, do not touch your phone. a lot of people claim they use phone to know time but they also open their social apps etc., If you really want to know time, have a clock. When you wake up in between, sit for a while and then drink some water (do not drink cold water).

You will get a beautfil feeling when you wake up at 5:00am or 5:20am and see sun raise. Sun raises in Red color; it is called “Arunodayam”.

Have a nice week ahead.

#TTDProperty – no bloody fellow has right to sell!

May 23, 2020 • Srinivasu Chakravarthula

I never prefer to use abusive words but incidents that are taking place in Andhra Pradesh. There is news about sale of TTD Property to raise money. These properties are not allotted by any government but have donated by devotees to expand better facilities so that more devotees could visit Tirumala. Hence no government or anyone has any bloody right to sell them.

Those thought of selling have to consider selling their own properties and donate to TTD if they really concerned about financial situation.

Government of Andhra Pradesh needs to understand that they should not test patience of people. You were elected with a lot of hope for improving the state but all your actions are disgusting. What is the need to demolist three lights junction at Vizianagaram? When we notice your assembly speeches, we only hear all things against to other parties but never see what are the good things you can take up.

Stop doing things that annoy people. Else, you will be taken to task.

Greetings on the auspecious occasion of Shri. Hanuman Jayanthi

May 17, 2020 • Srinivasu Chakravarthula

Lord Shri. Hanuman is known as strong devotee of Lord Shri. Rama. Shri. Hanuman is known for obedience, commitment to what he would want to do.

What we need to learn from Shri. Hanuman is that there will be obstacles for every journey of life; whichever task we do, there will be some obstacle or the other; that’s reality. We should not give up to our task but focus on our objective and overcome difficulties.

Sincereity and dedication brings us success. We must ensure our time is well spent. Once a second is passed, by no means we could bring it back. We should not worry about past, focus on present and plan for future. Whether we spend time on social media, watching movies or however we spend our time, we must ensure that our act is meaningful. We should just complete our responsibilities on time. We should never postpone things because sometimes there may not be “next time”.

Listen to Sundarakanda and Ramayanam that will teach us a lot of things that we should follow in life. One thing we must remember is we should not expect anything when we worship. God is well aware of what we should deserve; when we do our bit, god will automatically support.

Does god exist? – a practical answer by a Hindu Priest

May 3, 2020 • Srinivasu Chakravarthula

This is a short messaging extracted from speech of Dr. Shri. Garikipati Narasimha Rao.

Once upon a time, a Hindu Pundit goes for a haircut. While working, the barber has asked “Sir, does the God exist?” The Pundit responds “Why not? by the way, I’m a brahmin pundit and spend a lot of time serving the God; why are you asking me such a question?”. The barber says “No sir, if God exist, he should be taking care of all of us and solve our problems; since that is not happening, I don’t think God exist”. The Pundit did not want to argue at that moment. He has invited him to join him for an evening walk.

In the evening, while they are waling on streets, there are many people with so much of hair and beard. Then Pundit turns to Barber and asks “My friend, see there are so many people with huge hair and long beard; you are a barber in this village but looks like you are not worrying anything about them”. Barber replies “Sir, why would I worry, I will cut their hair and trim their beard when they come to my shop and pay me money”. Then Pundit smiles and say “There you go, my friend, being a barber for just a small village, you will not take care of people until they come to you and pay you money; then how would you expect the God to take care of people in this entire universe without they approach him? God certainly exist and take care of people who approach him.”

So God exist and take care of us all only if we approach him and do our responsibilities in right way.

Stay home and Stay safe.
