Experience with AirAsia

Recently we travelled from Hyderabad to Bangalore with AirAsia and has mixed sense of experience. Check-in was smooth; when we have asked if flight is on schedule, then personnel has mentioned that flight is delayed by 20 minutes. We were given an escort to the gate. There was no announcement even after said 20 minutes; when we approached the counter, we were told that flight is delayed by another 40 minutes. APSRTC managers are super responsive…

Recently we were travelling from Tanuku to Bengaluru by APSRTC bus and a pipe in the baggage space got broken. Bus was taken to Vijayawada bus depot and got the issue fixed. However, driver was instructed by one of the APSRTC personnel not to proceed further and return to origin which is Vizag. So we were transferred to another bus where seats in the last row were allocated. When we have questioned for water bottles and blankets, response was rude. A child doesn’t know about hatred…

I was recently listening to an interview of His Holiness Shri. Dnyanraj Manik Prabhu, present Peethathipati of Shri. Manik Prabhu Samsthan which he has in conversation with a television channel in Sri Lanka. One example has touched me a lot where he spoke about how hatred is being spread. He has an example of a child. Yes, child doesn’t know hatred. Child loves everyone and everything. It’s we who teach them hatred. That’s absolutely true.
